Izzatulloev Aliqul Saidqulovich was born in Republic of Tajikisstan on November 4, 1979 in the family of a worker. His nationality is tajik. He’s got a higher education.
In 1996 he graduated secondary school No. 30 of Sovet district (now Temurmalik). In 1998 He entered in bilogy faculty of Tajik state national University and graduated it in 2004 as a biologist.

He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications and articles, 3 textbooks. In coauthor with Zabirov R. and Makhmadov T. he published a textbook ” Ecology of Radiation “.
